Rep. Jerry Knowles attacks me

The Hazleton Standard Speaker published a letter from Rep. Jerry Knowles criticizing Commissioner Bill O’Gurek and me for our “nonsensical criticism” of the voter ID law.  He said that he sat through hours of hearings.  Voter fraud is rampant.  The purpose of the law was to prevent fraud.
Unfortunately for Rep. Knowles, we already have the reason for the law from Rep. Turzai, the Republican leader of the House.  He said it was to ensure the election of Romney.
Mr. Knowles can bluster and backfill all he wants, but his leader has already spilled the beans.  Rep. Knowles provides us with a good definition of hypocrisy.

  1. I would like Rep. Knowles to give us one instance of someone who was prosecuted for voter fraud in Pennsylvania in the last five years.

  3. Talk about hypocrisy....Who was it that went running to Rep. Heffley's office to complain about how difficult they perceived the process of getting an ID is? Both Heffley and Knowles voted in favor of the Voter ID law in the first place. Of course they are going to defend their position.
Did anyone ever consider where/how the current Voter Registration card is issued? Instead of a piece of paper, why do they not have a photo and expiration date on them. Seems we do have the technology to do just that right then and there.
I read your other blogs as well. How about YOU issuing a photo ID for all those "Weed-daters". Serves a lot of issues, gives the people ID to vote, meet your mate, and gets your overdue weeding in the truck patch done.
My advise....stay out of the politics, you will live longer and be able to continue blogging. I think you are one of the best unknown comedians on the planet.
By the way...were you ever diagnosed with ADHD?
